Abstract

These article tries to describe a film still in progress. I try to remember the path I have taken here, since my family origin, my education and my journey through Administrative Law. My influences and most striking experiences. The combination of my teaching and profissional experience, the projects I was engaged.  At the end, I reached my brief, but richest, passage through the role of public manager.
